The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung was founded in 1925, according to the last political will of the first democratically elected German President, Friedrich Ebert. The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung is the oldest political foundation in Germany. Perpetuating the political legacy of Friedrich Ebert, she defends the fundamental values of social democracy that are freedom, justice and solidarity.
